This powerful practice — often called self-inquiry — uses the power of the mind or one’s innate awareness to explore any and all aspects of one’s self. This includes inquiry into thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and any other patterns that arise in consciousness.
Once examined, these patterns can be processed through various methods and often released or dissolved — as needed or desired. This is most effective with a coach or facilitator, but it can evolve into a deeply personal self-guided practice over time.
Inquiry brings clarity, inner freedom, and a profound understanding of who we truly are as human beings.
It can also be used — and felt — as a gateway to the Heart.
