Meditation is perhaps the best and easiest way to explore and connect with what we might call “our” Spirit.

As a practice, there are many forms of meditation. They may often appear complex or difficult to understand — but they don’t have to be.

Meditation does not have to be associated with any religion or system. It can be practiced freely, and used for many purposes, but ultimately, it can and will help us connect with our Spirit — our wholeness, our Being(ness) — if we’re open to it.

Meditation naturally connects us to the Heart — the gateway to who we are, and how we express ourselves as human beings in this world.

Allow yourself to develop a meditation practice. Let the light of awareness shine within you, to reveal your True Nature.
